exercise for the heart

Do you believe in that? Do you think there is such a thing as exercise for the heart? Yes, there is, why not? But with this, we often say, i'm too busy for that, I don't have enough time ( the same reasons when you want to escape the question of why can't you do exercise everyday)...how to do it??? First, think of the one who's very dear to you... be he or she a friend, parents, boyfriend, girlfriend or even pet, can you feel that your heart is beating so fast ( not to the point your having palpitation)? Next, try to find a even a few moments where you can clear your mind, and think of the good things that happened before and those that you want to happen in the future, how does it feel? Do you feel a little bit excited? That's good for you. Then, always tell yourself your inlove, your inlove with your work, with your hobbies and interest, with your family, with your friends, and with the one who's making you happy right now. I'm not an expert but in my opinion, giving our hearts even a little bit of these exercise can prevent us from early aging, and giving ourselves a chance to live a peaceful life..;)
